Karel de Grote-Hogeschool (KdG) is looking for a service provider for the following online marketing & communication tools, namely an online monitoring tool and a lead management & marketing automation tool.

The assignment is divided into 2 lots: LOT 1: Online monitoring toolThis tool is able to display all online news about KdG in a structured manner, gives the possibility to post directly from the tool on social media and analyzes the online reputation of KdG on the basis of statistics.PERCEEL 2: Lead management & marketing automation toolThis tool captures , manages and scores online contacts (leads) and ensures the reaching of captured leads through automated campaigns.

De Karel de Grote-Hogeschool (KdG) is op zoek naar een dienstverlener voor onderstaande online marketing & communicatie tools, namelijk een online monitoring tool en een lead management & marketing automation toolDe opdracht is opgedeeld in 2 percelen:PERCEEL 1: Online monitoring toolDeze tool is in staat alle online berichtgeving over KdG gestructureerd weer te geven, geeft de mogelijkheid om rechtstreeks vanuit de tool te posten op sociale media en analyseert de online reputatie van KdG aan de hand van statistieken.PERCEEL 2: Lead management & marketing automation toolDeze tool capteert, beheert en scoort online contacten (leads) en zorgt voor het bereiken van gecapteerde leads via geautomatiseerde campagnes.
