Newcastle University’s Digital Marketing Team and other departments across the University use social media as a core communications channel to support student recruitment, student engagement, reputation management, crisis management and enquiry management.
We are looking to procure a software solution to help teams run our social profiles through content scheduling, conversation monitoring and community management.
The key objective of this project is to ensure we can be agile in our use of social media, providing key audiences with a range of content through paid and organic channels while also providing an exceptional enquiry service. We would also like to ensure the chosen system is value for money while providing the most flexibility in this fast moving and key growth area for the university.
We are only inviting proposals from suppliers with an existing, off-the-shelf social media management tool solution, deployed in a similar live customer environment.
This is only an initial 12 month contract with an option to extend for a further 12 month period.
