Social Media Monitoring Tool National Audit Office Tender Closes 31st July

The NAO is currently introducing a number of improvements to the way it communicates with its external stakeholders. This includes putting more emphasis on the use of digital and social channels both to engage with and listen to stakeholders’ views. In support of this, there is a need for a social media management tool that will not only help us to achieve our objectives for communications, but to increase our digital impact i.e. enable us to share content beyond just our publications and use it as a tool to track, monitor and improve the way we communicate with stakeholders.
